About the Position: This position is located within Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA; located NBHC PT LOMA SD, Dir of Medicine, Medical Readiness Center This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Perform medical screening examinations in an inpatient or outpatient setting for patients of all ages.
Examine patients and performs initial patient work-up and assessment of patients' care and treatment.
Determine the need for and orders laboratory tests, X-rays and other procedures necessary to complete assessment of the patient.
Diagnose disease, illness disorder or injury.
Prescribe for and treats a variety of diseases, disorders and injuries.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care, and may work as first or second assistants during major surgery.
