Pricing questions

How much does it cost to post a job on ScrubHub?
A listing is $149 for 30 days, flat. The first listing from every new employer is free. Listings never auto-renew. Staffing agencies pay $299 per listing.
What happens if nobody applies?
If a paid listing ends its 30 days with zero applicants (knockout auto-rejections do not count as applicants), ScrubHub refunds the full amount automatically. There is no form to fill in.
Do I need the employer account to use the pipeline?
No. Every paid or free listing includes the hiring pipeline, messaging, interviews, and offers. The $29/month employer account adds talent-pool search, invites, API access, webhooks, unlimited seats, custom pipeline stages, and CSV export.
Is ScrubHub free for clinicians?
Yes. Searching, alerts, and the application tracker are free, with three applications per rolling seven days. ScrubHub Plus is $10 per year for unlimited applications, offer comparison export, pay benchmarks, and profile view counts. Cancel any time from your account; it simply does not renew.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. Health systems that need SSO, volume listings, or dedicated support can contact support@scrubhub.ai for custom pricing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe. Employers get a Stripe billing portal for invoices and card changes; monthly accounts can be cancelled any time.
