Terms of service

1. Who we are

ScrubHub.ai (“ScrubHub”, “we”) operates a job board and hiring tools for clinicians and the organizations that employ them. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one candidate account; organizations may have multiple members with roles.

3. Candidates

• Searching, alerts and the application tracker are free. The free tier allows three applications per rolling seven days.
• ScrubHub Plus is $10 per year, billed through Stripe, and cancellable any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and the current year runs to its end. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, credentials and documents. Claiming a registry record that is not yours is prohibited.

4. Employers

• Listings cost $149 per 30 days (first listing free), do not auto-renew, and are refunded in full automatically if they end with zero applicants (automatic knockout rejections do not count as applicants).
• The optional employer account is $29 per month and adds talent-pool search, invites, API access, webhooks, unlimited seats, custom pipeline stages and CSV export. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
• Staffing agencies and recruiting firms are placed in the third-party tier: $299 per listing, labeled as such, excluded from candidate alerts unless the candidate opts in, and without talent-pool access. Misrepresenting your organization type results in removal without refund.
• Every listing must state a numeric pay range and the schedule and setting fields required by the composer. Listings with “competitive”, “DOE” or similar language are rejected.
• Candidate identities, documents and messages are confidential, for the stated hiring purpose only, and may not be exported, resold or used to contact candidates outside the platform.
• Respond to applicants: applications with no action for 14 days are surfaced to the candidate as unanswered.

5. No protected health information

ScrubHub is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Do not upload or send patient records, images, or any protected health information. We remove such content and may suspend the account.

6. Public registry data

Directory pages are compiled from public records (NPPES, state licensing boards, CMS, HRSA). Information is provided as published by the source and may be out of date; verify with the issuing board before relying on it. Clinicians may claim their record to control the public page.

7. API and developers

API keys are org-scoped and subject to rate limits and the scopes you select. You may not use the API to scrape candidate data, circumvent anonymity, or build a competing directory from our registry pages. See developer documentation.

8. Acceptable use

No harassment, discrimination contrary to applicable employment law, false listings, impersonation, malware, or interference with the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable. Refunds are issued as described in sections 3 and 4; other refunds are at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of listings or registry data, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice on this page and by email for material changes. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.
