About the role
Total annual salary will consist of a GS Base Pay rate combined with a non-locality 'Market Pay' supplement. Market pay is determined by an Activity Compensation Panel of peer physicians who will evaluate the selectee's clinical specialty, board certifications, regional market data, and depth of professional experience. Market Pay is then reviewed every 24 months to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with the local healthcare market. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Provide first contact, continuous, comprehensive primary care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents according to current standards of care.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of individuals who collectively takes responsibility for the ongoing care of patients.
Coordinate and/or integrate care across all elements of the healthcare system.
Complete required records (both paper and electronic) pertaining to all medical services provided in accordance with specified procedures and regulations.
Teach and provide consultation to other health care providers.
