About the Position: Community Based Medical Home (CBMH) Williamsburg is located in New Town, Williamsburg, VA, approximately 17 miles north of Fort Eustis. This primary care medical clinic is open Monday through Friday from 0800-1700. The Model of Care used is Patient Centered Medical Care. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Conduct patient assessments, take patient vital signs, and prepare patients for exams.

Review, reconcile, and administer medications and vaccinations.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans, maintain accurate patient records, and advocate for patients.

Assist with daily patient activities including exams and procedures.

Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient education and counseling, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
